Faculty:

As a CME-accredited institution, Riverside Methodist Hospital must be in compliance with the ACCME
Standards for Commercial Support.  Therefore, any faculty making a presentation at a designated CME
activity must disclose any financial interest or relationship they have with the manufacturers of any
commercial products, as well as any investigational/unapproved use of a commercial product, that may
be discussed in the educational presentation.

Riverside Methodist Hospital does not imply that such financial interest, relationship or unapproved use
is inherently improper or that it would prevent the speaker from making a balanced presentation.
However, we are required to disclose this information to all participants at any designated CME activity
prior to the presentation so that the audience may form their own judgments about the presentations.
